CHELMSFORD -- 'Tis the season to be thankful.
Westford photographers Tom Briere and Jean Butler celebrate their thankfulness in the exhibit Gifts from All Seasons, opening this weekend at the Gallery at Weston Nurseries, 160 Pine Hill Road.
The show opens with a reception on Sunday, Nov. 18, 1-4 p.m. and runs through Dec. 30.
"Going somewhere with my camera is like being a kind on Christmas morning," says Butler. "I never know what I'm going to find, but I know it will be good since beautiful moments are always around us."
For Briere, the gift becomes reality when he presses the shutter button and has his "aha moment" of discovery.
Both photographers draw on trips to distant locales and local places in their work.
The show is open during business hours at the nursery. www.westonnurseries.com.
