FINE PHOTOS — The work of photographers Donna Jay and Larry Cahill are on view at the LTC Gallery in the Lowell TeleMedia Center, 246 Market St., in June and July. Jay shares a variety of fine-art photos, including lighthouses, cityscapes and sunsets. Cahill focuses on vehicles of all types and vintages, captured from eye-catching angles and against distinct backgrounds. An artist's reception is scheduled for today, June 6, 6-8:30 p.m. The gallery is open Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.; Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; and Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

SUMMER AT MFA — June marks the start of summer fun at Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Highlights include the seventh annual Juneteenth event on Wednesday, June 19, the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the U.S. Also on June 19, MFA launches its Sunset Cinema series on the Huntington Avenue Lawn with a free screening of "Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse" at 7 p.m. Other films in the series include "The Trouble with You" on July 11 at 7 p.m.; "2001: A Space Odyssey" on Aug. 15 at 6:30 p.m.; and "Us" on Sept. 12 at 6 p.m. Bring snacks, chairs and blankets.
