SAVE THE DATE: It's only July, but August will arrive before you know it. And just in time to stave off the dog days, Worcester Art Museum will hold an outdoor film series each Friday in August. Its Plein Air Film Series will feature art films outside in the Stoddard Courtyard. The line-up includes McQueen, a documentary about British fashion designer Alexander McQueen, Aug. 2; Kusama: Infinity, a look at the life of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, Aug. 9; Leaning Into the Wind: Andy Goldsworthy, about the British artist, Aug. 16; Faces Places, about filmmaker Agnes Varda and photographer JR's travels through the French countryside encountering people and places that become subjects of their public art installations, Aug. 23 and Boom for Real: The Late Teenage Years of Jean-Michel Basquiat, about his pre-fame life, Aug. 30.
