LOWELL -- Middlesex Community College will host motivational speaker and cancer survivor Jothy Rosenberg on Tuesday, Nov. 20, at 9 a.m. in MCC's Federal Building Assembly Room, 50 Kearney Square.

Rosenberg was 16 when he lost his right leg to bone cancer, and age 19 when the cancer spread to his lungs. Then, his doctor warned him that if/when the cancer metastasized, his chances for survival were slim. That's when Rosenberg decided to leave home and become a ski bum until he dropped dead. Now, 36 years later, Rosenberg is not only alive, but living the life of his dreams.

In this inspirational talk, Rosenberg reveals the powerful, actionable steps he used to beat the odds, put his life back together, and not just survive, but thrive. He now devotes his life to helping people move from "I can't" to "I can!"

The event is free and open to the public. Call 978-656-3349 for information.
