Mezzo-soprano Gale Fuller

LOWELL -- The Lowell Philharmonic Orchestra will perform its Winter "Land & Sea" Concert twice at Pawtucket Congregational Church at 15 Mammoth Road.

A family concert will be held Sunday, Feb. 24, at 3 p.m., while an evening concert will be held Friday, March 8, at 8 p.m. The shows will feature mezzo-soprano Gale Fuller and 13-year-old cellist Zlatomir Fung.
