Nashua Public Library's Bach's Lunch series of concerts has begun.

All performances are held in the library's Chandler Memorial Wing starting at noon and lasting about an hour. All shows are free and open to the public, and are appropriate for ages 5 to adult.

The concerts are sponsored by the Ira Harris, Moses Hunt and Zylonis trust funds.

Concert-goers are welcome to bring a lunch to eat in the Chandler Wing cafeteria area during the concert.

July 3: Jonas Kublickas, classical guitar & lute

July 10: Soprano Darlene Dobish, accompanied by Sima Kustanovich

July 17: Craft Ensemble, string quartet

July 24: Concordia Consort, recorder quartet with guest soprano

July 31: Meiningen Trio, clarinet, cello, piano

The library's Summer Concerts on the Plaza series begins tonight, 7 p.m. Again, all are free and open to the public. The schedule follows.

June 27: Veronica Robles Mariachi Band

July 11: Marc Berger Band, rock/roots

July 18: Compaq Big Band, swing/jazz

July 25: Sweet Wednesday, folk/rock

Aug. 1: Women in World Jazz
